A few pointers from the Grace Team:

This is your opportunity to shine – so try and write as much as you can about yourself because this is the information that creates a bond between you the donor and the hopeful parent. 

Try and obtain your family’s information before you sit down to complete the application (have a look at the section titled Family History) – it will save you time and you will be able to submit it to us quicker.

When you have completed your application, you will need to submit it to Grace Donors by clicking the SAVE button right at the end of the application form.
